Between 1970 and 1980 the focus of their studio was architecture: parks and collective spaces whose design involved an intimate relationship with trees and green spaces.
In 1983, the studio was dissolved and Stagi turned her attention towards public architecture and safe guarding historical architectural heritage, while Leonardi undertook independent research in the field of design and town planning, as well as other investigations into photography, sculpture and painting.
In 2010, the Arquitecto Cesare Leonardi Archive was created, with the aim of preserving and disseminating his work. The Franca Stagi Archive was handed over to the Municipal Library of Art Luigi Poletti in Modena, where it was reordered and entered into the inventory in 2011.
