Repairs

Since 2005, we have been offering repair services in Spain, even beyond the warranty period. Our products are designed to facilitate repairs, and our team of experts specializes in restoring them, avoiding the need for replacement and allowing for continuous, active use. In this way, we not only reduce environmental impact but also help our users enjoy their products in good condition, generation after generation.
 
At Santa & Cole, we promote a culture of responsible, honest, and lasting materials, both for people and the environment. For this reason, we take care of the objects we create, offering our users the option to extend the lifespan of their products through services such as repairs, spare parts, and maintenance advice.

You will find maintenance tips in the Maintenance section of your product's assembly instructions. You can download these instructions from the product page on our website by simply going to the Downloads dropdown tab.

t’s likely that my product has a defect, but it’s still under warranty. How can I make a claim?

To start a claim, please complete the claim form at the bottom of this page.

On each product page of our website, you will find a dropdown tab called Spare Parts , where you can explore and select the available parts for that product.

Currently, we have a catalog of 434 spare parts. While most products already have parts available, some may not yet include them as we continue working to complete the selection. We appreciate your patience as we work to improve this service.

The assembly instructions are available on each product page of our website. Simply go to the Downloads dropdown tab to download them.

To request a repair, please fill out the form at the bottom of this page. In addition to your personal information, we will need:
 
• The purchase invoice
• A brief description of the issue
• 2 to 3 photos of the affected part

Once you complete and submit the form, and our repair team confirms the need for a repair, you can drop off your product at our warehouse in Cardedeu or at our gallery in Barcelona. It is important to note that we will not accept or repair products without prior confirmation from our team. We appreciate your cooperation to ensure an efficient and satisfactory process.

Repairs usually take around 15 days, depending on the parts that need to be replaced. Once the repair is completed, we will notify you through the contact details you provided to arrange payment and pickup.

Yes, all repaired products come with a 6-month warranty. Our commitment goes beyond the repair itself, as we also stand behind the quality and durability of our post-repair services.
