Ignazio Gardella
A member of the third generation of the Italian Modern Movement (and considered one of its greatest exponents), Gardella worked on projects for Olivetti, Alfa Romeo, and the new head office of the Genoa Faculty of Architecture. He was highly critical of his own work, reflecting and writing about his desire to eschew the limits of Rationalism.
